How to Use Virtual Teammate?

The second part of the “perfect assistant” equation is Alexa, the voice service that powers Amazon Echo.  VoiceMyBot connects your Alexa to HipChat. On connecting Alexa to your chatbot, you can give her a variety of commands and receive only relevant information in return.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

To start using VoiceMyBot, first install ChatBot from Atlassian Marketplace. Then connect your Alexa to the required HipChat room and select the users whose updates and posts you don’t want to miss (e.g. PM, Team Lead, etc.). When prompted, VoiceMyBot will update you on the most recent "important messages" (up to 10).
